Empowering Women Through Mentorship
EmpowerHer
EmpowerHer is an Erasmus+ cooperation project that aims to support unemployed, economically inactive, and disadvantaged women, particularly those living in rural and remote areas, by providing access to mentoring, skills development, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

The project brings together partner organisations from Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey to develop practical mentoring tools, assessment resources, training materials, and a comprehensive Mentorship Guidance Kit. Through mentoring programmes, workshops, networking opportunities, and community-based activities, EmpowerHer seeks to strengthen women's confidence, employability, entrepreneurial skills, and social inclusion.
